Cream Legbar Hatching Eggs
Our Cream Legbar flock has been sourced and grown for several years now, with influences from several high-end breeding farms, including Greenfire Lines. These are consistently laying blue eggs, with an occasional turquoise layer popping up. We do not have any that have laid a green egg, as those have been removed from our program.
Our hens and roosters are very laid back, with several previous customers reporting back that our flock produced the most calm Cream Legbars they’ve been around. While this is a more active breed, I try to select the most mild-mannered roosters (no ugly behavior tolerated), and the hens tend to be docile as well. While they aren’t quite as inclined to perch on your shoulder like a Silkie might, they are quite laid back compared to most hatchery Cream Legbar stock - they will be fine in an enclosed space long-term, without getting too feisty.
Price and quantity listed is per dozen (Qty 1 will be one dozen eggs and $25)
