Who we are

As a graduate of William Woods University and a lifelong animal lover, I’ve been working with horses for most of my life. I’ve done everything from giving riding lessons and starting young horses, to working as a vet tech in an equine clinic.

I strive to provide a safe and peaceful environment for all the horses in my care, while also managing the herd to keep every horse in the best condition possible

I’ve been a part of rehabilitating horses from injuries, getting weight back on horses that are older or underweight from their prior situation, and transitioning horses from being stalled to living out in a pasture in retirement. In the future, I hope to offer stall rehab as well, for horses that have injuries or are recovering from surgeries.

While most of my experience professionally is with horses, I do also have a small flock of sheep and a flock of chickens that live on my small farm as well. Our Katahdin sheep have a dual purpose here, with their main function as a maintenance crew to keep our fence lines nice and tidy. Every year we have lambs, so boarding clients are more than welcome to come visit the lambs and watch them bounce around! If you are here looking for Katahdins for sale, you will find more information on our Product page.
