Horse Boarding - Hay Included in Price

$350.00 every month

All of our boarded horses receive the high level of care every single day. We offer a senior feed, fed twice a day, and round bales during the winter. For feeding, we have a mixed system, with some horses being fed together as a group, as well as separating some horses into a pen to ensure they have plenty of time to eat their feed without another horse joining them. If your horse is on supplements or needs extra feed, we are more than happy to separate them at each feeding in a pen, so that we can be sure they are getting the necessary feed and medication at every meal.

Round bales are fed in a horse-safe hay ring, and horses will have free choice access to round bales throughout the winter. Historically, our pasture has enough grass that the horses are convinced that hay is a last resort - regardless, they will have it available.

Blanketing, fly masks/boots, and holding for the farrier are all included in the price per month (owners must provide equipment and are responsible for farrier costs for their horse). We also are looking over every horse daily to check for any injuries or signs of illness, which get communicated to the respective owner as soon as possible.

If you choose this option, your board bill will stay the same each month - no hay surcharges, no pro-rating out during the winter - it will always be $350 per month, barring any farrier/vet charges.
